Bath has strict rules around recycling collection. As a general rule, bin liners have to be in the black sacks. Recycling has to be in its respective bins. If you lose your bags, you need to speak to the council. Bins and Bags must be taken in by the end of the day on the Thursday and kept in designated areas.
Our office is open most days, Monday to Friday. If you find that the office isn’t open and need to speak with us, please get in touch. In an emergency, use our emergency contact details (see below).
You should have this in your property pack.
If you don’t have access to the property pack, our emergency numbers are:
Erica Palfreyman: 07969 720143
Due to our listed buildings status, you will be unable to have a satellite dish installed at your property.
Please get in touch with us to discuss any decorating, including picture frames, posters and mirrors.
Inspection or access requirements will be communicated with you 48 hours before access is required. There is an exception to this rule in the case of an emergency.
We send out a termination form, then come and inspect the property before you move out in case you have any questions. We will then do a final inspection and return your deposit (minus any dilapidation costs). We would ask that you leave the property in a state you found it.
You will remain liable for the period unless a suitable replacement tenant can be found. There will be fees involved in this process.
Our Grants Program is now closed for the remainder of 2024.
Due to the high number of Grant Applications that we have received and awarded during the first few months of the year our Grants Programme is now closed for the remainder of 2024.
During the year, the Charity is planning to take the opportunity to review our Grants Strategy and the Application process. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes to organisations who apply for grants from us and look forward to receiving new applications in late 2025.
Please keep an eye on the website for any new information.
