Paul was appointed as a Trustee in December 2023.
He was previously Chief Financial Officer at a global climate change NGO, and has forty years of international finance, governance and strategy experience across commercial and third sector roles. Previous voluntary experience includes a period as treasurer of an active Anglican community in the Hague with funded missionary partners.
Paul is married with 2 adult children, and one granddaughter. He enjoys travelling, meeting people from different cultures, boating, outdoor activities, and exercising in the gym.
Colin was appointed as Trustee in 2023.
Colin is a Chartered Surveyor who spent his executive career (until 2000 ) with some of the largest of the UK’s property investment and development organisations. Since then he has been a professional Non Executive Director or Trustee with a wide variety of Organisations- often being appointed initially for his property experience and expertise.
A committed Christian, he has served in his local large evangelical church in most roles -including three stints as a Church Warden.
Colin is married, with 2 children (and 3 grand children), he enjoys his friends, travelling, reading, golf – and remembering some great times scuba diving around the world.
Tim has been involved in children’s, youth and young adults’ ministry for 20 years, with a particular focus on evangelism. He is passionate about creating attractive environments for people to explore the Gospel. He currently oversees CPAS Venture and Falcon holidays, and the preaching team at his local church in Leamington Spa. He’s a Bath rugby fan, member of the local mountain bike club and often daydreaming about his next bike-packing adventure! He’s married to Kerstin and has two daughters.

Rev. Roger Driver is currently Rector of St Michaels Without, a church in the centre of Bath. He has been an ordained cleric in the Church of England for 31 years, and before moving to the city 5 years ago he served in several Parishes in inner city Liverpool. An avid lover of sport he follows rugby and football, but is also a qualified cricket umpire standing in the West of England Premier League and for the MCC!

Erica has worked for The Willats Trust since 2001.
She is the Property Manager for our properties in Bath.
Erica previously worked as a ParaLegal for law firms. She then moved into the administrative role at the charity and now manages the The Willats Trust’s estate in Bath.
She has two school age children, a horse and a black Labrador, Bramble, who you may see if you visit the office.
Grants and Administration Manager
Kirsty joined the Willats Trust in 2023 after previously working in the Charity Sector as an Operations Manager.
As a big foodie, she counteracts her love of eating with a love of walking, enjoying countryside and coastal walks with her husband and two sons.

Michele joined The Willats Trust in April 2024 as the Finance Manager.
She brings with her a wealth of experience from a wide variety of business sectors including charities, government, social housing, commercial business, even fishing and containerised shipping!
She has worked most of her career in the UK, apart from 8 and a half years on the other side of the world in the Falkland Islands.
Outside of work, Michele is often found crafting with yarn, stitching, or driving her teenage son around to various clubs and activities. However, on most Sunday’s he drives her around, but that’s a story for another day.

Due to the high number of Grant Applications that we have received and awarded during the first few months of the year our Grants Programme is now closed for the remainder of 2024.
During the year, the Charity is planning to take the opportunity to review our Grants Strategy and the Application process. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes to organisations who apply for grants from us and look forward to receiving new applications in late 2025.
