Having read the Information for Applicants notes please answer the following questions.

We will use this information to help understand more about you and your role before sending you the full application form. If you are successful in this application, we will contact you with further details of how to apply for funding with the Willatts Trust.

  • Please take some time to reflect on the role and typical weekly timetable. Download the timetable and fill it in offline. You can find the link at the top of this form. Once the timetable is completed, export it as a new PDF and reattach to the form below. Please check that your form is saved correctly before reattaching.

    When considering grants, it is helpful for us to understand where the applicant will be serving geographically and how this sits against the indices of Multiple Deprivation (IMD) Mapping tool. Please use the instructions below to complete the following questions. Please state the postcode for the applicant’s area of serving. This may differ from the postcode of the organisation.

    To access the IMD Mapping tool, please click on the link http://dclgapps.communities.gov.uk/imd/iod_index.html

    Please enter the postcode into the box on the right-hand side of the page. Once the location has been found, the paragraph on the right-hand side states “this is amongst the X% LEAST/MOST deprived neighbourhoods in the country.”

    Ensuring you pay careful attention to whether it states LEAST or MOST please answer the following question:

  • If the applicant serves in more than one area, please list any further IMD scores in the “additional information” box below
