Luke tells how he has converted a shipping container to a play area near the local estate: ” There are few public spaces near the Parkside estate and no spaces that are regularly open to the children and young people in the area. I sourced an unused shipping container from a local community group and refurbished it to a high standard inside and out and equipped it with a broad range of activities. Having the Playbox has allowed me to hold weekly events for families.”
